ABOUT us
Teknique Wrestling is a private training facility that focuses on all styles of wrestling. Our main objective is to create an optimal training/learning environment that focuses on long term success from youth all the way through college. Our program focuses on teaching life lessons & becoming leaders on and off the mat.

Come try us out! Fill out the first time visitor form and come join us for any scheduled practice, no appointment needed! We will get you up to speed and answer all of your questions.
